We kick off with a research and discovery about your idea to learn as much as I can about improve your business. I based my experience on human-centered design, so in this phase, I need to know which users will use your platform and what elements are needed. I define and map out the vision of the project to identify opportunities in this concept phase.
User experiences are magical. For this purpose, an agile workflow is the most efficient route to a project’s success. Typically, I would ask: Why am I doing this? What’s the central problem I'm trying to solve? This UX work involves clients, leading to a mapped model of a workflow, user needs and priorities opportunities. Subsequently, I'm focused on improving features and imagining experiences that don't exist yet. It's an amazing challenge, and it's also incredibly rewarding.
The final solution is built and refined. Based on a strategy that focuses on the emotional connection between a brand’s offering and the people that use it.
